For direct pickup within Germany, we can have the package picked up from your home within two business days. You will receive the return slip in a separate e-mail. Please stick it on the package. Your package will be picked up the following day.
If you want to deliver your package to the post office yourself, you will receive the return slip in a separate e-mail. Please stick it on the package and hand it in at the post office.
Please understand that we can not pick up returns from abroad. Please return the package directly to us at your expense. Thank you for your understanding.
